André O. Lewis - Founder and Principal

André O. Lewis is the Founder and Principal of Rosebridge, an entrepreneurial investment firm focused on acquiring and operating a small business for the long term. He partners with owners and management teams to preserve what makes their business special, while building on that foundation to drive sustainable growth.

Raised in a working-class Jamaican family of entrepreneurs, ministers, and educators in New York City, André leads with a values-driven approach grounded in integrity, discipline, and lasting impact. His mother, a dedicated school teacher, and his father, a small business owner, instilled in him a deep respect for hard work, service, and education. Early exposure to business working in his father’s welding shop in Queens sparked a lifelong interest in entrepreneurship and shaped his commitment to excellence.

André brings nearly two decades of experience in strategy, operations, and finance across both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. He began his career supporting U.S. military programs in engineering and project management at Lockheed Martin. André later advised clients on strategic, operational, and organizational challenges as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Most recently, he led asset management for mixed-use and multifamily portfolios across the mid-Atlantic, focusing on strategy, portfolio performance, and risk management.

André and his wife live in the Washington, DC area. He serves on the boards of N Street Village and Washington Performing Arts. André earned a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
